Our Approach
Our licensed counselors draw on evidence-based methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, DBT, mindfulness-based practices, and a person-centered style that keeps you at the center of the work. There's no single formula. We tailor the conversation to your goals, your pace, and what feels helpful to you.
What To Expect
We start with a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether we're a good fit. From there, sessions are collaborative and grounded in what you want to work toward. It's worth knowing that insurance usually requires a clinical reason to cover therapy, so purely growth-focused work may fall under self-pay. Our self-pay rate is $100 per session, and reduced-rate applications are available.
