Discovering that a partner has been unfaithful can knock the ground out from under you. Maybe you're the one reeling from what you've learned, replaying conversations and wondering what was real. Maybe you're the partner who caused the hurt and doesn't know how to make things right. Or maybe you're somewhere in between, unsure whether your relationship can survive this. Whatever brought you here, the pain and confusion you're feeling make sense.

Betrayal touches almost everything — your sense of safety, your trust in your own judgment, your hope for the future. You don't have to sort through it alone, and you don't have to have the answers figured out before you reach out.

How We Help

We work with both individuals and couples affected by infidelity. Whether you want to process the hurt on your own, decide what comes next, or begin the hard work of rebuilding together, we meet you where you are. There is no single right outcome here — some couples choose to rebuild, some choose to part with more peace, and some simply need a steady place to think clearly.

Our Approach

Our licensed counselors draw on evidence-based methods matched to what you need. That may include CBT to work with painful thought spirals, EMDR or trauma-focused care when the discovery feels like a wound that won't close, Internal Family Systems to understand the different parts of you pulled in different directions, and mindfulness-based tools to steady yourself in the hardest moments. For couples, sessions focus on honest communication, accountability, and slowly rebuilding trust at a pace that feels safe.

What To Expect

Nothing is rushed. You set the pace, and you decide what you're ready to talk about. Early sessions often focus on steadying the intense emotions — the anger, grief, and anxiety — before turning toward the deeper questions. We'll walk alongside you, offering support and structure without telling you what your relationship should look like.

If you're ready to take a first step, we offer a free 15-minute consultation for new patients, and we're currently accepting new clients. We see people in person at our Cheyenne office and by telehealth across Wyoming. We bill most major insurance plans — including BCBS, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare — and offer self-pay and reduced-rate options. Call us at (307) 514-1288 to get started.

Our counselors draw on a range of approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based techniques — tailored to you, not a template.
