I am Wyoming born and raised. I graduated from the University of Wyoming with my undergraduate in Social Work. I received my Masters from the University of New England with a focus in Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice. I love to travel the world and am at home in the wilderness. I am always up for an adventure and am just as happy to hang out on the couch or do a home project. I have an amazing family and husband that has a lot of patience with my ever-changing hobbies.

I have worked with individuals, families, and at-risk adolescents for over a decade. I use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Intervention, Harm Reduction, and Grief and Loss. I strive to have a client-centered practice and honoring the unique experiences of the individual through a strengths-based perspective. My eclectic approach allows me to be flexible in the therapeutic environment to best serve others.
My specialty areas are depression, grief, men’s issues, trauma and PTSD. I enjoy working with teens and adults.
