Tracy Lieske
Graduate Student Intern & Front Office Assistant

Kristina brought a quick wit and compassionate heart to the Hope’s Beacon Counseling team in November of 2023.  Her beautiful smile and joyful laugh are contagious!  “Connecting with others is a passion of mine.  I love meeting new people, hearing their story, and finding out what makes them unique.  I believe a friendly smile and a positive attitude can go a long way.  I look for ways to bring joy into people’s lives, anticipate the needs of others, and create a hospitable environment so all feel welcome and at home.  Listening well and having solid communication is also super important to me and I feel very strongly that it is one way to show respect to others.”

Kristina has had many years of experience in the medical field, owning her own business, and working as a Guest Services Director for a non-profit organization.

More about Kellie

Kristina grew up on a farm in northeast Colorado.  She credits this and her parents for many things that were instilled in her at a very young age and are still important in her life today: good work ethic, resiliency, gratitude, faith, and respect.  Kristina loves a challenge, learning new things, and taking on new adventures.  In her downtime, she enjoys reading, being creative, organizing, and putting on events.

One of Kristina’s favorite quotes is, “There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humor.” – Charles Dickens
